Squats
Category:Squats are great! I love them because so many muscles are challenged at the same time: glutes (butt), thighs (inner and outer), your calves, and your core–just to name a few of the major ones!
Keeping these muscles strong will keep you in control and free to move in and out of a chair, a bed, or a car. Some of these items are soft and low. They feel great when we are down, but it can be a challenge when we want to get up! Lets keep those “get up” muscles strong and do some squats together. Make sure you have warmed up.
