Category:Want to wake up your lower body? Want to hit a lot of muscle groups at one time?
If you give yourself the gift of lunges –at least once a week–you will be strengthening all of the lower body: glutes, quads, inner and outer thighs.
Don’t worry if you feel the effects a couple of days after! That means you’ve done them right!
