Hate those push ups? I am doing the standing version in this video. Push ups are great because they work a lot of muscles at one time: the shoulders, arms, chest, and back…and believe it or not…the abdominals. When I am done, I feel taller and stronger. Standing push ups don’t put as much pressure on the wrists. If you want to work up to push ups on your hands and toes, this is a great place to start. Try to do two sets of ten.
