We have to take care of our backs! They are supporting us all of the time! I want to stand tall throughout my life…not be slumped and round shouldered. That is hard on our internal organs and bad posture can give the illusion of a bloated belly.

The video below is not super fancy or polished–it’s real life. It is exactly how I do the exercise at home. If I have been moving around a lot and I know I am warmed up, I find a clear spot–this time it’s in my home office —and I go for it!

Watch the video first. Now…..get down on the floor with me and do these back extensions. (Make sure you are warmed up.) This exercise helps to strengthen the little muscles that wrap around the spine! Let’s try some……
