It’s all about core strength and BALANCE.

For the next several blog posts, I’ll be highlighting this important skill that needs to be practiced, because if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it!

When one moves, the FIRST muscles to fire is the core. If we want to keep these muscles strong and ready for action, we need to challenge them several times a week.
