Tricep Extensions
Category:A lot of my clients ask me how to get nice, tight arms. We all want to get rid of those bat wings!
The reason I chose this specific exercise is not only because it’s highly requested, but also it’s because this exercise starts in a bit of a compromised position. I think it’s very important to break it down for you. Also, if you don’t warm up beforehand, or you go through the exercise too fast, you could pull a muscle!
I used a five pound weight while doing the tricep extension, but you may start without any weight if you’d like to practice the form. After you feel comfortable with it, you can start using a heavier weight.
