Who would ever think a WALL would produce strong muscles? Just find a safe area and put yourself in reverse and park it!

This wall sit requires no movement, so it’s considered an isometric exercise. That means your body is still, but LOTS of muscles are working to hold you in place!

Take it slow at first and make sure your are using proper form. Then, as you continue, you can feel those thighs and glutes FIRE UP! Feels so good!!
